• HEARDDD 2.0 — the nightly ops agent is in production at a bar & grill in Bigfork. Mostly tending it now: watching what it proposes, tuning what it investigates.
• ArcadeLab — a publishing platform where kids ship games they build with AI.
• This site — rebuilt from scratch this month, part portfolio, part lab.
